Harris Aspire Academy Ofsted Report November 2023
HARRIS ASPIRE ACADEMY JUDGED OUTSTANDING BY OFSTED
We are pleased to announce that following an Ofsted inspection earlier this term, Harris Aspire Academy was judged ‘Outstanding’ in all areas. This is an excellent outcome and is testament to the fantastic staff who go above and beyond to support our students.
The inspectors have given the Academy a very positive report and have noticed the many ways in which we nurture and support our students – however long they are with us. We are particularly pleased that the inspectors recognised the high aspirations we have for our students. This is central to our approach at Harris Aspire Academy and we are proud to do whatever we can to support our students and ensure they achieve positive outcomes.
In their report, the inspectors have complimented our curriculum as well as the range of extracurricular experiences which are available here. We want every student who comes here to have the opportunity to find something they enjoy and that helps to build their confidence and self-esteem so that they are fully prepared for their next steps.
Importantly, the inspectors were positive about behaviour and attendance and found that students responded well to our high expectations.
You can read the full report here but we have drawn out some highlights below:
